موقف المجلس الوطني للمعارضة العراقية حيال الازمة في العراق وسبل حلها.

1 . تشكيل حكومة انقاذ وطني بدعم دولي وعربي، تتولى حماية الشعب العراقي وضمان مصالحه، بعدالة انتقالية.

2 . إنهاء الوجود والنفوذ الإيراني وكل الاحتلالات لإبعاد العراق عن النزاعات الإقليمية والدولية واستعادة سيادته بشكل كامل.

3 . حل الميليشيات الموالية لإيران والممولة من قبل الحرس الثوري وفيلق القدس الإيراني وتفكيكها وإدراجها دوليا ضمن قائمة المنظمات الإرهابية.

4 . المحافظة على وحدة العراق شعباً وارضاً وكياناً واستعادة استقلاله الوطني ليكون مصدر أمن واستقرار وسلام في المنطقة.

5 . كتابة دستور جديد للعراق بصورة وطنية أساسها العدل والمواطنة والمحافظة على الثروات والتداول السلمي للسلطة وطرحه للاستفتاء على الشعب العراقي.

6 . إقامة نظام حكم رئاسي وطني يتساوى تحت ظله العراقيون جميعا في الحقوق والواجبات، والسماح لجميع العراقيين بمزاولة العمل السياسي.

7. إجراء انتخابات ديمقراطية شفافة تحت إشراف دولي تضمن حقوق العراقيين جميعا دون تمييز بعد ضمان أمن واستقرار البلاد.

8 . الدعم الإعلامي للمشروع الوطني.

9 . ربط ثروات العراق النفطية وغيرها بالتنمية الوطنية وتطويرها واستثمارها بما يخدم الدولة والشعب بشكل عادل.

10 . إيقاف تنفيذ أحكام الإعدام بصورة مؤقتة لحين التدقيق في صحة الأحكام من قبل لجان قانونية وإطلاق سراح المعتقلين والمعتقلات بعفو عام وذلك لفساد النظام القضائي والهيئات التحقيقية.

11 . إنشاء هيئة قانونية لاتخاذ الإجراءات اللازمة لاستعادة الأموال والكنوز العراقية المسروقة والمنهوبة وتسديد وتسوية ديونه، ووضع خطة إستراتيجية قابلة للتطبيق لإعادة إعمار العراق وضمان تطوره، وإقامة نظام مالي ومصرفي حديث.

12 . المحافظة على استقلالية القوات المسلحة والأجهزة الأمنية وبشكل وطني ولائها للعراق وشعبه ولا تتبع الأحزاب والطوائف، تتولى حماية العراق والعراقيين دون تمييز، ومعالجة ظاهرة السلاح المنفلت وحصره بيد الدولة وأجهزتها العسكرية والأمنية الوطنية.

13 . إحالة كل من ارتكب جرائم قتل وسرقة وأضر بالعراق سيادة وأرضا وكيانا الى قضاء نزيه وعادل.

14 . صناعة السلم المجتمعي وتوفير الخدمات لجميع افراد الشعب العراقي.

15 . الإهتمام بحقوق الانسان وخاصة المرأة والشباب ورعاية الطفولة.

The position of The National Council For Iraqi Opposition regarding the crisis in Iraq and the manner in which it ought to be resolved.

1. Forming a national salvation government with international and Arab support, entrusted with protecting the Iraqi people and ensuring their interests, with transitional justice.

2. Ending the Iranian presence and influence and all other occupations in order to distance Iraq away from regional and international conflicts and fully restore its sovereignty.

3. Disbanding and dismantling the pro-Iranian militias funded by the Iranian Revolutionary Guard and Al-Quds Brigade, and designating them internationally as terrorist organizations.

4. Preserving the unity of Iraq as a people, territory, and entity, and restoring its national independence to be a source of security, stability, and peace in the region.

5. Drafting a new constitution for Iraq in a national manner based on justice, citizenship, the preservation of wealth, and the peaceful transfer of power, and submitting it to a referendum by the Iraqi people.

6. Establishing a national presidential system of government under which all Iraqis are equal in rights and duties, and allowing all Iraqis to engage in political activity.

7. Holding transparent, democratic elections under international supervision that guarantee the rights of all Iraqis without discrimination, after ensuring the country’s security and stability.

8. Media support for the national project.

9. Linking Iraq’s oil and other wealth to national development, enhancing and investing it in a way that serves the state and people in a fair and just manner.

10. Temporarily suspending the implementation of death sentences until all verdicts are verified by legal committees, and releasing male and female detainees under a general amnesty due to the corruption of the judicial system and investigative bodies.

11. Establishing a legal body to take the necessary measures to recover stolen and plundered Iraqi funds and wealth, the settlement of its debts, and the development of a viable strategic plan for the reconstruction of Iraq, ensuring its development, and establishing a modern financial and banking system.

12. Preserving the independence of the armed forces and security services, whilst ensuring their national loyalty to Iraq and its people, independent of political parties and sects, and ensuring the protection of Iraq and Iraqis without discrimination. They also address the phenomenon of uncontrolled loose weapons, restricting them to the state and a legitimate national military and security agencies.

13. Referring all those who committed murders, thefts, and harmed Iraq’s sovereignty, territory, and entity to a fair and impartial judiciary.

14. Building societal peace and providing services to all members of the Iraqi nation.

15. Focusing on human rights, especially women, youth, and childcare.
